• Oil & Gas Division has successfully completed EPIC of Oil Flowlines, Gaslift Flowlines & PWI Spurlines covering a total length of about 500 Kms in 6”, 3” and 4” sizes during last 9 years in Dukhan and continues for the tenth year.

• Carried out Major Overhaul Refurbishment of 2nos 250’dia Crude Tanks at Halul Island successfully & commissioned.

• Completed 28days Shutdown Jobs successfully at SEEF Ltd, PCR Jobs during shutdown at NGL.

• Completed EPIC Jobs for 10 Tanks Project at QP, Mesaieed and Dukhan including associated instrumentation and Electrical substation works.

EPIC of Oily Water Effluent Pipeline in Dukhan Fields has been awarded to Galfar Oil & Gas Division recently. It is the 20 Months EPIC contract fromQP which will be completed Mid of 2011. It includes Pumps, Piping, Pipeline, Sump, Electrical & Instrumentation Works.

Another new contract awarded to Galfar is EPIC of Produced Water Treatment & Injection (Dukhan Fields: KM & KS Degassing Stations & PWI Stations PS-1).
It is the 20 Months EPIC contract from QP which will be completed Mid of 2011. It includes Pumps, Piping, Pipeline, Substations, Electrical & Instrumentation Works.
 

Currently the division is about to complete Tank Projects (10Nos) at Mesaieed and Dukhan of Sizes Varying from dia.16Mtr to 72Mtr and Height 14Mtr to 18Mtr. The type of tanks includes: Open, Cone Roof, Dome Roof & Floating Roof tanks. Field Instruments numbering more than 2000 and substation works associated to the above project was also carried out with least disturbance to the existing operations. The scope of work includes the related structural works like Pump house, Pipe racks etc.,

The Division has successfully completed the first turnaround assignment for SEEF Ltd. It was a shutdown for 28 days duration
and completed the same on time observing all the safety regulations.The Division is executing 12 PCR’s in QP NGL-3 Plant which will be completed during the NGL Turnaround shutdown scheduled in April – May 2010.
 

Currently executing Major overhauling of Crude Oil Tanks and Replacement of 48” Headers at Halul Island. This is the 5 years contract for Qatar Petroleum which consists of 5 tanks and 4 Header, where as 2 tanks and 1 header already completed.
 

The Division has executed the turnaround assignment for SEEF Ltd. During the shutdown period we were executed the overhauling works for Heat Exchangers (78Nos), Vessels (7 Nos), column (10Nos), Furnace (2Nos) and Air fin coolers (1No).
Division is executing 12 PCR’s in QP NGL-3 Plant which will includes heavy equipments like Titanium channels, Sulphur pump etc.Also our other ongoing projects includes the scope for Erection of Various equipments, vessels, Processing units, etc.,

All our EPIC contracts includes the scope of Surface Preparation and Protective Coatings like Blasting & Painting of Tanks, Piping, Pipe lines, Valves and Sweep Blasting of Tanks etc.,
 

Provision of Technical Support Services on Call off basis being done at QP Refinery, Mesaieed.
